STEAM is a curriculum or educational approach based on the idea of educating students in five specific disciplines, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics. In an interdisciplinary and applied approach, rather than teach the five disciplines as separate and discrete subjects, the discipline of arts plays a vital role in STEAM education (also known as STEM + Arts), where the remaining disciplines (STEM) will be combined with creativity. STEAM is an access point for guiding student inquiry, dialogue and critical thinking. This approach will enhance a student who takes thoughtful risks, engage in experimental learning (Active Learning), Persist in problem-solving, Embrace Collaboration and work with creativity. STEAM education delivers Innovators, Educators, Leaders and Active learners to the entire world.
